Business license renewals for all Bartlesville businesses are due for the 2021-2022 Fiscal Year.

All City of Bartlesville-issued business licenses expire on June 30, which marks the end of the City’s fiscal year. Renewals are due immediately following expiration. As a courtesy to remind local business owners of the renewal process, the City began mailing notices on July 1.

Payment to renew a business license from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 can be completed in three ways:

E-Services

Perhaps the easiest of all methods, license renewals can be made by accessing the City's online customer service portal here. Here you can create an account, pay online and print off your business license.

Pay in person

You may pay in person at City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone Ave., with cash, check, credit card or money order. First, visit the Community Development Department on the second floor to review and update your information. Then, after a quick review, you will be able to pay at the windows on the first floor and pick up your business license.

U.S. Mail

You can mail the invoice with a check in the amount identified on the front page to the following address: City of Bartlesville, Accounts Receivable, 401 S. Johnstone Ave., Bartlesville, OK 74003. After receiving your payment, your business license will be mailed to you.

If you received a notice for renewal but your business is no longer active, please email the business name, business address, contact name, phone number and date of closing to newarring@cityofbartlesville.org. Your business will be set to "inactive" status.

Also, if you are renewing a license via the online portal and do not see an invoice with fees due on the bottom of the “Dashboard” page after signing in, contact the Community Development Department for assistance.
