Senate Republicans have held a press conference to discuss the Democrats’ reckless tax and spending spree since the Biden Administration began earlier this year.

In the recent press conference, Sen. James Lankford highlighted the two trillion dollars in supposed “COVID” relief that he says has increased prices for gas and groceries for Oklahomans. He said they lose track of these numbers because they’re big.

“When they throw around ‘let’s do three and a half trillion dollars. And then later we’ll figure out how later how we want to use it for.’ Understand the size and the scope what they’re just throwing there to say ‘we need to spend or need to increase in taxes,’” Lanford said.

Lankford says the Democrats’ infrastructure and budget proposals will add to that inflation, which directly affects Oklahomans on a fixed income.
