Cookout Fundraiser on Sept. 10 Benefiting United Way

The community is invited to a cookout fundraiser lunch on Friday, September 10 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Cooper and Mill Brewing Company, 200 Dewey Avenue. Arvest Bank is donating the food and will be grilling the meats. The $10 lunch will include a Kane beef hamburger or a Peck’s hotdog, chips, a cookie and a bottle of water. All proceeds benefit the Bartlesville Regional United Way.
“Cooper and Mill is honored to host this cookout and bring the community together for a good cause,” said John J. Kane.
People are invited to purchase a lunch, make a donation, buy a chance at the dunk tank, and sit down to eat at one of the outdoor tables.
“We are happy to provide this opportunity for the community to support the United Way,” said Arvest Bank loan manager David Nickel. “Our local United Way provides the much-needed resources for individuals to reach their full potential. Our Arvest associates and our company as a whole are committed to making a difference in the communities in which we serve through our support of the United Way.”
The Bartlesville Regional United Way is leading the fight to improve the health, education, and financial stability of every person in Bartlesville and outlying communities. The Bartlesville Regional United Way helps fund 31 programs through 14 partner agencies, providing financial stability to more than 29,000 families in 2020.
