People all across Oklahoma, and in the Bartlesville area, felt the effects of an earthquake just after 11:00 on Monday morning.

The US Geological survey reported that there was a 4.5 magnitude earthquake about four miles to the Northwest of Medford. Reports of feeling the shaking came out of Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Wichita.

Medford is about 110 miles to the west and north of Bartlesville near the Oklahoma-Kansas state line directly north of Enid.

No damage has been reported.
