The Washington County Commissioners approve a resolution for County Improvements for Road and Bridges (CIRB) Eight-Year Plan.

Chairman Mitch Antle says this is an annual plan. Antle says the purpose of looking over the CIRB list is to make sure the priority order of every project from each of the three districts is accurate. He says some projects could happen sooner depending on a few factors such as infrastructure monies and the potential for the cap being raised, which is currently in the cue legislatively.

District 3 Commissioner Mike Dunlap still believes they are two or three years out from any additional CIRB projects getting started in Washington County. There are currently a handful of projects listed in District 2 and District 3. There are no projects listed in District 1.

Later in the meeting, the Commissioners would unanimously approve a business lease agreement between Insight Public Sector and Washington County. Chairman Antle says this is basically a renewal. The IT-focused item was previously approved in March 2021.

A resolution for disposing of equipment from the Washington County Treasurer's Office would be approved. A High Performance Server, a LJ 4350 Printer, and a Cannon Check Scanner would be declared as junked through the approval of the resolution.

Another resolution would be approved afterward to list a Gradall from Washington County District 3 as traded. Commissioner Dunlap says they had this Gradall since he first took office over 15 years ago. He says it is time for a new one.

Lastly, a report of Washington County Election Board for the month of January 2022 would be approved. The ending depository balance listed in the report was $1,821.56.
