Two "Community Conversation" meetings to obtain input on the City's Comprehensive Strategic Plans set for March 28-29 at the Bartlesville Community Center.

The public input meetings are set for 7 p.m. Monday, March 28, and 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 29. Both meetings will be held at the Bartlesville Community Center, 300 S.E. Adams Blvd.
A special City Council meeting, also open to the public, will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 28, at City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone Ave.

Strategic plan consultant Patrick Ibarra of Mejorando Group will be in Bartlesville both days to present an overview of the planning process to the council and the City project team and City employees, and to facilitate the public meetings at BCC.

We spoke to Mayor Dale Copeland at the Green Country Republican Women's Club last week as he explained what's going on.

The City of Bartlesville Comprehensive Strategic Plan will involve an in-depth look at the City’s organizational practices and provide direction for future operations. The outcome will be a written strategic plan document that presents the planning process, research, analysis, opportunities and strategies, along with an implementation plan that will guide the City for the next three to five years.
