If you have not received your free coupon for the Osage Landfill, or if you have misplaced it, you can still pick one up at the cashier window on the first floor of the Bartlesville City at 401 South Johnstone Avenue. Hours for picking up the coupon are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Only one coupon can be issued to each utility customer. Coupons are normally mailed out annually with the January or February billing stated and they expire on December 31^st each year.

The clean-up program is designed to help residents dispose of items that are too large to fit inside a trash can for weekly pick-up or that are too heavy for the trash cart. This includes items such as furniture and appliances. Items that cannot be brought to the landfill include complete structures, roof materials, trees and vehicles.
