ConocoPhillips CEO Ryan Lance was the guest speaker at the Bartlesville Chamber Forum on Tuesday at City Church ahead of his appearance at the United Way Golf outing at Adams Golf Course.
Lance told those assembled that Bartlesville will play a significant role in how the company will review and revise itself and its systems top to bottom.
When asked by an audience member about the tax on buy backs, Lance was very clear," It's stupid and annoying."
