Several businesses and restaurants near Adams Road and Washington Boulevard in east Bartlesville are without power.

According to Public Service Company of Oklahoma, the outage began shortly after 8 a.m. Thursday morning. PSO says they are assessing the outage and hope to have power restored Thursday afternoon.
