Phillips 66 Announces Quarterly Dividend

The Phillips 66 board of directors announced Wednesday a quarterly dividend of $1.05 per share on Phillips 66 common stock.

According to a news release, the dividend is payable on Sept. 1, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 18.
