Osage County recently received a breakdown of what health insurance premiums will cost for county employees from the State of Oklahoma for 2024.The Board of Osage County Commissioners got an overview on the year-to-year changes from First Deputy to the County Clerk, Stacey Brace.

Currently, the county pays a little more than $141,000 a year so that county employees are covered by health insurance. After approving the 2024 health insurance premiums on Monday, that number will rise to more than $150,000. That money comes out of the general fund.
