The Osage Nation Museum in Pawhuska is currently featuring an exhibit that Wendy Ponca has created, called the “Seven Bends in the River of Life.” This exhibit enables viewers to learn about the sawtooth symbol and how it relates to rivers, forward movement and life passages. Ponca says she was at a Kansas City museum when she first began doing research on the subject.

From noon-1 p.m. during the last Friday of every month, Ponca invites everyone out to talk about the exhibit.
