The Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash in Osage County on Sunday afternoon that has killed one and left two others in the hospital. A third passenger has been treated and released from the hospital.

Shortly after 1 p.m. on Sunday, a 2002 Ford F-150 being driven by Jesus Valderrama departed the roadway to the right, came back onto the road, over-corrected to the left and rolled the vehicle two-and-a-half times. The driver was ejected 25 feet from the vehicle and 27-year old Raul Azuaje was pinned underneath the vehicle and later died due to his injuries. Jhoni Arnaldi was admitted to the hospital in serious condition and Richard Ovalles has been treated and released.

According to OHP, Troopers were called just after 1 p.m. Sunday to Lake Road and Wells Road, just southwest of Skiatook for the fatality collision. Traffic was diverted onto Lake Road at Rogers Boulevard while first responders worked the crash.
