A Bartlesville man was seen in Washington County court on Monday on the charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), driving with license suspended, and eluding a police officer. Earnest Marshall was being arraigned when District Attorney, Will Drake mentioned that Marshall has three pending cases from just this year, including multiple possession of CDS.

He was also found to have multiple failure to appears for court on his record for said cases. Due to these factors, Drake suggested a $20,000 bond. Judge Russell Vaclaw obliged and then set Marshall’s court date for this coming Wednesday, Oct. 4th.
