The Bartlesville Police Department received a phone call Tuesday afternoon in relation to a man claiming he had been shot. 

Upon arrival, officers discovered that a male subject had a single gunshot wound, but was responsive and alert. The victim was transported to Jane Phillips Medical Clinic and was later taken to a hospital in Tulsa with non-life threatening injuries. 

Officers are still looking for the suspect, but the police department believes the public isn't in danger, as they believe this was an isolated incident.
