A Bartlesville man was seen in Washington County Court this week on the charges of DUI and failure to carry security verification. Frank Vogler was pulled over on Tuesday this week by officers after a call was made in reference to Vogler. According to an affidavit, Vogler nearly caused three separate accidents and was speeding.

After being stopped, Vogler was allegedly slurring his words and could not remain on topic in the conversation. Officers observed Vogler was unsteady on his feet and kept stumbling while attempting to stand in one spot. He would admit to using drugs and alcohol as recently as Sep. 29^th. Vogler would later fail a field sobriety test.

This is Vogler’s second DUI since 2018. He was given a bond of $10,000 and his next court date is set for Oct. 27^th at 9 a.m.
