The Bartlesville City Council will hold a special meeting on Monday in the wake of Tuesday's bond election when four proposals were passed. 

At Monday's meeting, the council will designate a paying agent, as well as lock in the time and place the bonds are to be sold, something Assistant City Manager Tracy Roles is glad they will be doing. 

Council members will also look to approve an addendum to the lease agreement between the City of Bartlesville and the First Christian Church. Additionally, they will consider approving the disposition and development agreement between the City of Bartlesville, the Bartlesville Redevelopment Trust Authority and Buffalo Roam Studio, LLC. 

Council members will also take a recess to take part in a workshop Monday evening. The meeting gets underway at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall in downtown Bartlesville.
