On Friday morning, the City of Bartlesville will be drawing for ten duck blind areas at Hudson Lake. The drawing will be held at 9 a.m. at the boat ramp and if you are selected, you must pay a $10 fee. Any leftover blinds can be picked up on a first-come, first-serve basis at City Hall.

Duck hunters will be assigned to a specific area. No more than 30 decoys can be used in a blind area. Hunters will be allowed to enter Hudson Lake one hour prior to shooting time, which is 30 minutes before sunrise. Duck hunting ends at noon.
