A Bartlesville man was seen in court on Wednesday on the charges of larceny, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of paraphernalia. Vinson Brown Jr. was arrested on Monday and picked up his second possession charge in the month of October. The most recent arrest happened on Monday when Brown was caught ringing up a backpack as a $0.50 bookmark.

When being searched, officers found 2.2 grams of a crystal substance that Brown admitted being methamphetamine. Back on Oct. 5th, Brown was arrested for public intoxication, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and assault and battery on a police officer. Brown was found with 1.2 grams of methamphetamine.

When being cuffed in the earlier case, Brown started screaming and kicking his legs at officers to stop them from touching him.

He is being held over on a $15,000 bond.
