Bartlesville Man Arrested On Warrant
A Bartlesville man who addressed to the Bartlesville Educational Authority Monday night during the Citizens To Be Heard portion of the meeting was arrested just after his presentation on a warrant. 42-year old Prophet Kelly Lamar Clark is charged on a motion to revoke on a 2013 misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license. Court document claims that Clark failed to report to a probation officer and failed to pay probation fees. Clark has on several occassions spoke at city council meetings and was met by police officers outside of the chambers room. During Tuesday's arraignment docket, Clark was almost charged with contempt of court when he wanted the charges dropped and told Judge Curtis DeLapp "this is a kangaroo court." Clark's next court date is August 8th. He's free on a $1,000 bond.
