A Bartlesville woman arrested in connection with a series of vehicle break-ins appeared in Washington County District Court Tuesday. Allee Jayne Alfaro appeared before District Judge Curtis DeLapp who set a December 29 court date for initial appearance on charges to be filed. Alfaro was arrested Monday afternoon by Bartlesville Police after detectives served two search warrants for evidence indicating that Alfaro may have been the driver in connection with a series of vehicle thefts and burglaries on December 16. Alfaro's bond was set at 20 thousand dollars.
