A Bartlesville man who allegedly tried to make his children eat marijuana is scheduled for a January 26th jury trial.  31-year old Carl Justin Holder is charged with child neglect and possession of marijuana in presence of a minor.   Back in April of 2014, Bartlesville police along with Washington County Sheriff Deputies served a search warrant at a home in the 100 block of South Kaw.  According to a court affidavit, officers found the suspect in a car that was parked south of the house.  Reportedly, Holder was in the passenger's side while a child was in the backseat.  One of the kids told officers that Holder took some drugs, stuck them in his nose, and then asked to eat some marijuana.  The boy told the police he tasted the marijuana and spit it out.  The authorities found inside the car marijuana and a smoking pipe with residue.  He remains in jail on a $50,000 bond.
