Bartlesville Police officers were on a call at a residence in the 400 block of Choctaw when 38-year-old Matthew Shane Gillman showed up. After talking with Gillman and checking his identification, they found an outstanding warrant. When officers tried to arrest him, he ran off. After a brief chase, Gillman was arrested and charged with amphetamine trafficking, possession of drug proceeds, obstructing an officer and a failure to appear warrant. Gillman has a criminal record in Oklahoma dating back to 2004
