Bartlesville Slow Pitch Softball State Begins

Only a few hours away from Bartlesville slow pitch softball in the 6A State Tournament on Tuesday morning.

BHS will face Choctaw in the first round of the eight-team single-elimination tournament.

Two Bartlesville seniors have led BHS deep into the postseason. Allie Scullawl and Chelsea Goddard have both done well at the plate, while Scullawl in Bartlesville’s everyday pitcher.

Head coach Kyle Minton talks about his senior leaders. 

Bartlesville has been playing well the past few weeks, most notably two great performances in back-to-back wins over Owasso in its own Regional to get to state.

Minton says the idea is to keep everything the same headed to the Final 8.

A 10:00 in the morning first-pitch from OG&E Field at USA Hall of Fame Stadium. Choctaw is 25-3 on the season.

Win and Bartlesville will take on the winner of Moore and Mustang at 1:00. Lose and the Bruin’s season is over.
