New Coaches on the Job for BHS Soccer
Bartlesville soccer has its second double-header of the season on Tuesday night - against a big 6A conference foe.
Barltesville High heads to Broken Arrow. Both clubs are under new direction in 2024. T
he Bruin guys are coached by last year’s girls coach Cedric Muteshi. Meanwhile the girls have former Bartlesville High and Oklahoma Wesleyan standout Spencer White.
Muteshi says the transition for him has been easy because the group is so cohesive.
Muteshis son is a freshman on this year’s boys’ team, which is one of the main reasons he made the switch.
Meanwhile on the ladies’ side, White transitions to his first varsity coaching job after being at the junior high level previously. He has been a Bartian his whole life.
White talks about his first year on the job so far.
6:00 and 8:00 kicks from BA on Tuesday in the non-District twin bill for BHS soccer.
