BHS Tennis Future Looks Grand
Bartlesville High has been done with sports for the past week, still need to recap the Bruin boy’s tennis season, as BHS wrapped things up at State this past weekend.
Bartlesville will lose only one senior in Jack Auschwitz, who was the No. 1 singles player for the Bruins this spring. He had been a multi-year varsity player. Everyone else will return. Including the other four players who qualified for state.
BHS head coach Bryan Reese talks about how he though his team fared at state.
The big number of returners should set Bartlesville up for success on the guy’s side next season. Mark Shaw, Cade Winter, Bash White, Will Bolding and Owen May will all return from the varsity lineup.
Reese talks about having a large number of guys back for next season.
In addition to an eighth-place finish for the doubles team of Bolding and May,
BHS was named Academic State Champions last weekend, too.
