Big 12 Softball Tournament Begins
Big 12 softball tournament kicks off on Wednesday in Oklahoma City, with Oklahoma State being the only in-state club playing on day one. OU has a bye.
Cowgirls are still in contention to host a Super Regional but will need a good weekend of softball to get back on track. OK-State has lost 10 of its last 12 heading into the postseason but has retained its top-10 ranking after a great start to the year.
OSU faces Kansas on Wednesday night at 6:00 from ASA Hall of Fame Stadium in OKC.
- Game 1 — Noon: No. 4 Baylor vs. No. 5 Iowa State | Big 12 Now on ESPN+
- Game 2 — 3 p.m.: No. 2 Texas vs. No. 7 Texas Tech | Big 12 Now on ESPN+
OU will face the winner of Baylor and Iowa State on Friday afternoon at 1:00 from OKC. Sooners are the No. 1 seed and have won 41 games in a row.
