Bruin Baseball Tops Booker T.
Nice bounce back for Bartlesville High baseball on Thursday evening, as the Bruins snapped a mini two-game losing skid.
Bartlesville won at Booker T. Washington, 9-0.
The Bruins tallied 11 hits after only getting one against two of the best pitchers in the state on Monday and Tuesday. On Thursday night in north Tulsa both Barrett Merciez and Brett Eaves combined for six of the 11 knocks.
Damien Niko and Kaden Romesburg also had two apiece.
Speaking of Romesburg, he got the win on the mound and was sparkling again. He went six innings, gave up one hit, one unearned run and struck out four.
The victory moves Bartlesville to 9-12 on the season.
BHS will be back at home on Friday night at home against Coweta before a District series with Norman North early next week.
