Bruin Wrestling Does Well in Jenks
The Bartlesville High Bruin wrestling team had a successful weekend at the annual Larry Wilkey Invitational.
\r\n BHS had two placers, Colby Strachan finished second at 106, while Jaden James finished fifth at 220. This was Bartlesville’s second event out of Winter Break, both of them being at Jenks. BHS had a dual at Jenks toward the end of last week as well. Head coach Josh Pulsifer talks a bit about Strachan.
The Bruins do not get much off time. BHS will host another dual for senior night on Monday, as Will Rogers comes to town.
Bartlesville will also be in a dual on the road at Owasso on Thursday before going to a meet in Sand Springs over this coming weekend.
