Bruins Restart District Play at Owasso
We’ll see if the game still goes on despite the weather, but Bartlesville High baseball is scheduled to go on the road to face Owasso this evening in game one of a two-game District series with its regional rival on Monday evening.
Bartlesville went 2-1 during three games in the Bruin Classic over the weekend.
BHS had a gritty come-from-behind victory in the second game over Enid on Friday, beating the Plainsmen 8-7 despite trailing 4-0 early. BHS rallied from six runs down in an ultimate loss to Sapulpa in game one.
With a mostly new varsity lineup, Bartlesville is trying to manufacture runs whenever it has the chance.
