Caney Valley Spring Football Underway
The Caney Valley Trojans football program is back in action this spring and are coming off an underwhelming 1-9 season. The Trojans are going to have a tough time replacing some names that had become regular in Ramona, but Head Coach Stephen Mitchell is up to the challenge. Here is Mitchell talking about the first week of spring practice.
As previously mentioned, the Trojans will be without some regular household names this next season and that includes Zak Wallis. Wallis had been the quarterback and a highly valued contributor for Caney Valley over his tenure with the Trojans. Mitchell talks about how they’re going to replace a player like that.
The Trojans will finish out spring ball with practice rest of this week and through Wednesday next week before heading to team camp with Oklahoma Union.
