Jay Wasemiller Dazzles at Hillcrest

A Bartlesville ninth-grader won a national event over the weekend.

Congrats to Jay Wasemiller who won the US Kids Golf 15-18 Championship over the weekend. Wasemiller shot a 77, which put him ahead of 22 participants in his age group from this region.

The event was hosted in Bartlesville at Hillcrest Country Club and there were 106 junior golfers in total on the course over the weekend, with Wasemiller taking home the biggest trophy.
