Nowata Basketball Earns All-Conference Honors

All-conference honors came out this week for teams in the Northeast Valley Conference. For Nowata, they took home plenty on their side with five-total players being recognized from the guys and girls teams.

For the guys, Kaleb Bashford, Talon Thompson, and Ryan Walton were selected as all conference along with Bashford who was named All-Conference MVP. Bashford set a career high in scoring this season with 560 to help push him over the 1,000 career-point mark.

Bashford talks about hitting that benchmark.

On the girls side, Jordan Ashley and Dakota Brown were selected as All-Conference members. Both teams finished with double-digit wins and (a) playoff win(s).
