OKWU Baseball Looking to Finish the Season Strong
Oklahoma Wesleyan University won game one of a three game set yesterday afternoon at McPherson College, 14-3. Leading 4-1 going into the fourth inning, the Eagles broke things open, scoring four runs and taking a dominating 8-1 lead. From there, they never looked back.
With only a few series left in the regular season, Eagle Coach Kirk Kelly knows this is an important couple of games for his team if they want to get a conference title.
Josh Logan and Jesus Maldonado each had three RBIs and two hits.
