Dewey Lady Bulldoggers basketball program will be looking for a new head coach. David Vann announced his resignation last month after two seasons at the top of the program. Dewey went 20-28 under Vann, including 11-13 last season. The Lady Doggers were bounced in the first round of regionals after losing 53-34 to Beggs. Vann’s Dewey teams went 4-0 in rivalry games against Nowata.

Whoever takes the helm will become the programs third head coach in a stretch of four seasons. Vann took over for Earnest Jones after the 2017-18 season. The Lady Doggers will return a wealth of talent to the floor next season.
