Three co-defendants in a fatal shooting at an Owasso convenience store remain in jail charged in the fatal shooting of 26-year-old Emmett Wood of Sperry on July 24. Two of the suspects, Michael Hatcher and Antonio Pruitt, turned themselves in to police shortly after the murder. The third suspect, Jacob Pepper, was apprehended almost two weeks later at a home in Broken Arrow.

All three suspects were in a Tulsa County Courtroom on Thursday. They are all being held without bond and are set for preliminary hearings on November 12.
