A $50,000 bond has been set for a Bartlesville man who allegedly was caught in a lewd act at Oklahoma Wesleyan University and being drunk.  43-year old Steven Graham Brewster is charged with indecent exposure and actual physical control of a vehicle under the influence.  Bartlesville police were called to the OKWU campus when a staff member saw the suspect exposed himself.  Later, officers were called to a store in the 3900 block of SE Nowata Road where witnesses saw Brewster being drunk.  The affidavit states that officers smelled a strong odor of alcohol on Brewster and his balance was poor.  The suspect attempted to get into his car when the police took him into custody.  Brewster told the police he only had a couple of drinks.  During Thursday's arraignment, prosecutors said that this was the third DUI for Brewster in a couple of months.  Brewster's next court date is July 25th.
