A Tulsa man facing conspiracy and embezzlement charges appeared in a Washington County courtroom Tuesday afternoon waived a jury trial and was sentenced to serve jail time.  51-year old Larry Joe Dearman pled guilty to three counts of embezzlement, three counts of conspiracy, and four counts of obtaining money by false pretence.  The charges claim that Dearman conspired with Marya Gray to divert funds invested in their businesses for personal use.  Washington County District Judge Curtis DeLapp sentenced Dearman to serve 10 years in prison with credit with time already served, pay restitution fees, fines, and court costs.
