Washington County Free Fair Board Manager Working to Raise Funds for New Sign
Diane Coston
The sign at the Washington County Fairgrounds has been taken down after being damaged by a drunk driver, Kaelib Richard, on March 14th. Free Fair Board Manager Pam Pollack said she's salvaged enough of the sign to create a smaller one that will hang on the building. Her real goal is to have a new digital sign but they don't come cheap.
The prices range from $14-thousand to $24-thousand. Pollack has raised almost $47-hundred including money from a gofundme page. The County's insurance company had paid the claim at $3,957, which means a t least $8-thousand more is needed. Follow links posted at bartlesvilleradio.com or call Pollack at 918-534-2600.
