The Bartlesville baseball team dropped its second game in a row in Arizona on Tuesday evening, losing an offensive slugfest to Kellis, Arizona.

The Bruins lost game two on their Spring Break trip, 10-9, despite outhitting Kellis 13-10. Five different Bartlesville players, Brady Sewell, Gage Gardner, Chase Fiddler, Zac Boyes and AJ Archambo recorded two or more hits. Archambo was the standout, with three hits, two doubles, three RBIs, a walk and three runs scored.

Sewel, Joe Jones and Tate Holeman had two RBIs a piece.

Archambo also started on the mound for BHS, throwing two innings, giving up two hits, allowing two runs and striking out four.

Kellis started out hott and never looked back, putting up a crooked 4-run spot in the first inning.

Bartlesville is back in action in Arizona again on Wednesday morning, with an 11:00 first-pitch.
