Winless Showdown in Copan
Something has to give on Thursday night in Copan.
Two winless high school football teams will clash in northern Washington County and one team will come away with its first win of 2016.
Copan (0-7) hosts Medford (0-7) in a district game. The Hornets have been plagued by injuries, eligibility concerns and other absences all season long. Those have diminished Copan's numbers enough that the Hornets had to forfeit a game earlier this season.
Medord has been having many of the same issues.
