A $50,000 bond has been set for a Bartlesville man who allegedly was driving under the influence of alcohol.  32-year Robert McClintock is charged with DUI.  Oklahoma Highway Patrol along with Washington County Sheriff deputies were called to investigate a single vehicle accident on Gap Road.  According to a court affidavit, officers found a SUV in a ditch.  When questioning the suspect, the authorities smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from McClintock.  Officers noticed that McClintock had red, watery eyes and unsteady balance.  The suspect claimed he went to a bar and had a drink.  The authorities searched the SUV and found an open bottle of liquor and several open bottles of beer.  Court records indicate that the suspect had three previous DUI's.  McClintock's next court date is October 3rd.
