Green Country Christmas Begins
Bartlesville and Dewey businesses will start giving out tickets Wednesday that make you eligible to win a portion of more than 30 thousand dollars in cash and prizes. The "Shop at Home for the Holidays" promotion is sponsored by this radio station, the Bartlesville Examiner-Enterprise, and local merchants.
Beginning on Wednesday, you can pick up complimentary tickets at any of the businesses that display the "Green Country Christmas" poster. No purchase necessary. Then with every ten dollars in purchases you get an additional ticket from the business.
Participating stores have donated prizes or gift certificates with a value of 50 dollars. Starting on Monday, November 18th, we will select ten ticket numbers every weekday until the big drawing December 20th. Ticket numbers will be announced on the air, listed in the Examiner-Enterprise, the Sunrise Reporter, on the Weatherline phone number -- 918-336-2900 -- and online at www.bartlesvilleradio.com.
Speaking on a KWON Community Connection, Bartlesville Radio Sales Manager Tami Brinkman said grand prizes include a 5-thousand dollar cash prize.
The big prize drawing starts on the air on KWON-KYFM-KRIG-KPGM radio at 9 o'clock the morning of Friday, December 20th.
You can check out the rules online at Bartlesvilleradio.com or pick up a copy at any of the participating businesses.
As a premiere sponsor, the Cherokee Casino-Ramona kicked the promotion off with a radio broadcast Friday afternoon. The casino has tickets available now. Just register your player's club card at the window and ask about details.
