A $50,000 bond has been set for a Bartlesville man who allegedly threaten to kill people with a knife.  47-year old Bobby Allen Burks is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, threaten to perform an act of violence, and malicious injury to property.  Bartlesville police were called to a home in the 100 block of North Creek Avenue to investigate a fight.  According to a court affidavit, a man told officers that Burks yelled at him, drew a knife, attempted to cut him, and threaten to kill him and other people who were in the area.  Burks left the scene and damaged a parked car.  When being questioned, Burks admitted to make threats, but denied pulling a knife or attempt to stab anyone.  Court records indicate that Burks was convicted in 1990 for first degree robbery in Texas.  Burks next court date is August 15th.
