A Bartlesville man is in custody on an $150,000 bond for burglary.  24-year old Joel Aaron Scarlett is charged with second degree burglary, possession of firearms after a conviction, and driving with a suspended license.  Bartlesville police received a tip from Crime Stoppers regarding the suspect of selling stolen guns.  According to a court affidavit, officers made a traffic stop at 14th Street and Santa Fe and the license plate matched what the authorities were looking.  The police learned that the suspect's license was suspended and was taken into custody.  Officers searched the vehicle and found in the back seat numerous guns.  Scarlett at first didn't know about the guns, but later changed his story that he broke into an apartment and took the guns.  Court records indicate that Scarlett was convicted in 2012 for burglary out of California.  Scarlett's next court date is August 15th.
