A $150,000 bond has been set for a Copan man who was arrested on a warrant for allegedly molesting his 11-year old step-daughter.  49-year old Lewis Quinlin Martin is charged with lewd molestation and lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16.  Back in January of 2014, an Oklahoma Department of Human Services worker along with a deputy from the Washington County Sheriff's Office went to a home in Copan where the possible crime took place.  Reportedly, the authorities learned that Martin was living in California.  According to a court affidavit, the victim told her school teacher that Martin had been molesting her.  The girl told investigators that Martin touched her inappropriately.  Martin's next court date is September 5th.
